The first 111 messages to receive a confirmed payment hold a permanent Founding number. Rank can change; founding status cannot.

Higher total backing ranks higher.

If backing is equal, the earlier message stays higher.

Anyone can publish a new message.

Anyone can boost an existing message.

Payments buy ranking and visibility inside 111.bz.

Payments are not transferred to the message author.

Readers, shares and clicks do not affect ranking.

A position is calculated after blockchain confirmation and is not reserved while payment is pending.

Paid weight does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue or a fixed position.

Messages containing threats, doxxing, impersonation, phishing, malware, illegal sales or clearly unlawful material may be hidden.

111.bz does not endorse a message merely because it appears on the board.

Confirmed payments are generally final. Duplicate technical charges can be reviewed manually.
